ok, what type of internet service are you subscribed to? Cable, DSL, Satellite...etc?

At those speeds mentioned it would appear you are on DSL if i had to guess, and other than paying for a higher bandwidth service you are as fast as you will get. Of course there will be tweaks and such that you can apply to specific games and apps that will make them run better on a slower connection.

Your connection is pretty slow. For instance my home connection is 45mb down 40mb up and I only pay ~42.99 a month for it in addition to my FIOS Cable bill.

I think in this case you should give your ISP a call because both your internet speed, wired and wireless seems to limited by your ISP.

Although using wireless N will speed up your wireless transfer rates by quite a bit it won't help your connection speed unless your ISP is faster.

oh in addition, somtimes ISP's will throttle your internet speed if they suspect you of piracy or you have some sort of contractual bandwidth limit that you have reached already. So if this slow-ness is new I would do as Chev suggested and speak with your isp.

    I have one more question.
Why does it say that my ping is good, however in games i lag most of the time?
    Here the results:

Have any ideas on why i still lag?
My ping is not 24ms in games, its more like 80-140.

Ping is different for every server. Usually things like distance to server and hops to server will effect ping.

For example click start and type cmd into the search. Open command prompt. In the window that comes up type "ping google.com" then try it with another website, and another. The ping replies will all be different.

in addition, if your games are hosted on servers that you can see their IP address or domain names you can ping them using the method above.

Also you may need to open some ports on your router to allow any ports that the game may be wanting to use yet are blocked by router. See this website for some info on how to do this : PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model
