Scenario:
1) Two Computers: A Desktop & A Laptop
2) Both Running Windows 7 Home Premium 32- Bit Version
3) Both Joins To Network Through Wireless
Problem:
80 GB Data (Word, Excel, Data Sheets, Pdf Etc ) Is Stored On A Desktop, Which Is As Well A Main Work Computer.
Situation :
Client Travels Oversees Every 2nd Month With A Laptop:-
Condition:
He need to access updated data locally oversees from Laptop hard disk.
When he travels back home and joins his laptop to network all the data should synchronized with main computer (Desktop) automatically and update the files he worked on oversees, Vice Versa when he leaves oversees.
There should be no restriction even though he is sitting in balcony with his laptop sipping a beer and working on files it should get synchronized.
Points To Be Noticed:
No Remote Desktop Connection/ No TeamViewer In case internet is not available oversees....
It should be automatic/ can be scheduled
Client is not computer literate when it comes to networking/synchronization...
Data Growth is at least 250mb to 1gb per month

Second Situation:
Client Uses Microsoft Outlook 2007 for E-mails
PST Size 6.5 GB
Both Desktop & Laptop Configured With Same Email ID And Same PST
Outlook Leaves Mails On Server (Custom Domain) For 15 Days So Both Collect E-Mails
But Its Seprate PST On Each Computer
Can You Synchronize PST????
Hint: You can install Dropbox and change location of pst to dropbox folder for both computers.
Catch:
Only one computer can access pst at a time though we are aware of vulnerabilities of outlook PST.
And No One when its synchronizing...
It takes time and data usage to synchronize through cloud (dropbox)..
