    Well going on Blue Frog's website they do have a download link in the left hand side bar...not sure what it is though.

    BlueFrog.com THE BEST INTERNET!

    (I have never used Blue Frog but looking on the site they offer dial-up and they might need that software for a dial-up connection)

    Looking at this support page from Blue Frog might also help you out. (It says Vista but I would think it would also apply for Windows 7) Also I noticed the software that they have you download is supported up to Vista (I would think it would still work for Windows 7, you might have to contact the ISP (Blue Frog) for information.)
    Manual Windows Vista Setup (Blue Frog)

    Hope this Helps..

    To my understanding in order for you to have ADSL or DSL connection you need an active phone line...(If you don't have a phone line how are you connecting to the Internet?) What is the problem that you are having? Why do you need a VPN connection? etc.

    We need more information in order to help us, help you.

    hi my dear:
    I have explained my problem before in details but again I will explain it in more details:
    after I formatted my laptop I have created a vpn connection to be able to use the call program which called Smart Voip since it is forbidden in United Arab Emirates by our ISP and it worked for a period of time but later it disaapeared and I did not know how then I tried again to create a vpn connection but I got the error message: connection failed with error 621 , the system could not open the phone book file.
    that is why I need to create a vpn connection
    and please do not tell me to try hotspot shield or ultra vpn because both of them did not work

    help please

    thanks again

    Hi marjan,

    Please try this suggestion: Manually copy rasphone.pbk from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\
    into=> Windows\system32\RAS folder

    Let us know if it works or not.
