    Homegroup Prob!

I have 2 laptops and a netbook all running Win 7. When trying to get them all to join the Homegroup it says there is no homegroup on this network? I have left the homegroup on 2 of the computers and created a new Homegroup on the third but it still says the same thing, any idea's what may be happening here? Thank you in advance for your help.

Why can’t I access my HomeGroup?

There are several reasons why you can’t access your HomeGroup. Here are the most popular reasons for not being able to connect to your HomeGroup.
If none of these troubleshooting tips work, try restarting your computer, or leave and then re-join the HomeGroup.

It should be checked off here. You might also want to check your ipconfig /all to make sure there is a proper IPv6 address. The computer names also need to be different on all of your machines.

Sometimes putting the two services "homegroup listener" and "homegroup provider" to "automatic", helps with this problem.

Sometimes it works best to leave the Homegroup on all machines and reboot them all and start the Homegroup on another machine using all wired connections.

none of this has helped i'm sorry to say. I don't know what else to do because I don't have enough wire to do wired connections for them all.

Do you have any type of A/V software or third party firewalls installed on these machines?
