Windows 7: MSN/WLM: Upload...?

The upload button is gone.
When my friend send me an Picture, It stays on "Loading..."
That really sucks.
So, Might there be an issue? I just downloaded Windows Live Essentials 2011.
With also WLM 2011. Soo...
BUT! I still had the button "Upload" Yesterday.
But now, Its gone.
I have 2011 5/6 Day's already.
So i don't know whats the point.
[Also, I downloaded TuneUp... And cleaned some stuff. Could that be it?]
[So yes, Pleas help me how to fix it.]

Hmm, I've found out that it only happens with 2 friends.
[2 out of 3]
The other person is just working fine.
Thats crazy. Any help?
