are these needed to have internet i dont want to uninstall if internet will not work.

If you are not using a Local Network, then it is safe to uncheck these.
Unchecking them will not uninstall them; merely disable them.
If you discover you need them for some reason, simply check them again.
They are needed to find computers on a LAN; particularly, non-Windows Vista/7 computers (ie, XP).

Tip: You don't need the IPv6 protocol, either; unless you know your ISP has made the change- unlikely.
