Network concerns.

I pulled up Resmon this morning and was quite surprised at my network activity. This is what I get at idle, with IE closed and no updates running. Is this normal?

No. Even when I'm downloading a huge file while simultaneously surfing the net and checking email I rarely go above 5%. During a scheduled backup of Gigs of data over the LAN I rarely hit 10%. Unless you have a really rotten dial-up connection you should not be seeing that.
