    hi friend, could you please help me with this problem. Am using a HP 620 and my wireless connection is not working while the switch is on, all am getting is no connection are available. please help me what to do! thank you

    Are there any other computers that is connected to your wireless network...

    Have you made any recent changes to your system, for example updates...

    thank you for your reply my friend. Yes there are some other people connected to the network because am in a campus area and about the changes i have made it is only the installation of operating system since the laptop am using it is brand new.

    Are you able to setup a screen shot of your ipconfig

    Goto your command prompt and type ipconfig/all
