Hi Senc, welcome to the Seven Forums.

Have you accidentally turned WiFi and Bluetooth off? The ON / OFF switch for WiFi and Bluetooth is Fn + F3 (press and hold Fn key, then press F3 and release both keys).

hey guys
if your looking for a way to solve the problem then trust me i have tried everything, from upgrading the existing widcomm driver by uninstalling the old one so it would not have to recognise the bluetooth hardware to work. the only surefire way of solving this issue is by goin to the alienware "respawn" application in the command center. then you must upgrade to the premium so you can restore the original bluetooth drivers from the factory setting. you can do it without having to upgrade but without the option to restore specific drivers you would have to restore your whole pc to factory settings.
WARNING: IF YOU HAVE TRIED USING THE DELL 355 BLUETOOTH DRIVER OR EVEN THE 370 THEY BOTH NEED TO RECOGNISE THE BLUETOOTH RADIO AND WILL ASK YOU TO SWITCH IT ON. THIS WILL NOT WORK AS THEY ARE BOTH DEFECTIVE AND WILL NOT RECOGNISE IT. AND THE PATCH DELL MADE TO FORCE START THE RADIO IS DEFECTIVE TOO.
hope this helps fix your issues :)
