PPPOE connection wont stay logged in

I am using 7201 build and have been having this problem since 7137 build. I have PPPOE connection so i have to login using a username and password i got from my isp.
Now that i upgraded it always asks me enter user and pass.
If i disconnect and connect it always asks me even though i select the option "Remember my id and pass"

Any idea how to fix this

What kind of router? Were you able to store uid and pword in previous builds? did you have to store uid in the pc or router? More networking info would be helpful

Waiting for info

no, there is no way to make it remember. i use a .bat file to connect. the bat contents must be:

rasdial CONNECTION_NAME /disconnect
rssdial CONNECTION_NAME USERNAME PASSWORD

the connection name must not have spaces.
