Windows 7: I Helped Now Help Me :) WMP 12 Sharing

Ok Fellas... As some of you know i have a Playstation 3 typically i share my music pictures and videos through my network.

Now for some reason i am Unable to Do this. Ive tried and tried reconfigured Everything. I think i know the problem. But cant track down the cause.

wmpnetwk.exe is not running, But my Windows Media Player Sharing Service is running and is set to automatic. I have went into NOD32 and Allowed an Exclusion to wmpnetwk.exe. I have even tried starting wmpnetwk.exe manually but a dialog box comes up and immediately goes away. I Do have Zone Alarm and Malwarebytes pro running. I don't think they're blocking it.

UPDATE: After all i am the WMP 12 Pro now... I Fixed it, apparently wmpnetwk.exe does not need to run.. or atleast it dont show it self in Processes. Turned out NOD32, Zone Alarm, and Malwarebytes Pro was blocking it. But thanks for all the attempts to helping me fix it
