Upload Speed is faster than Download

When I download something I'll get 160kbps Max on ATT DSL. I was uploading something to MediaFire and my Max speed was almost 500. I always thought DL speed was always faster than UL speed. I'm hoping to get better internet soon. If I try to connect to EA Servers on my Xbox 360, when I play Battlefield, my internet auto-restarts and then I can play.

Look at the upload/download speeds very carefully. Is it mega-bits or mega-bytes per second. Big difference.

A very common term in the bittorrent environment :

kbps = kilo bits per second.
