Windows 7: Network Dropped

Recently I am experiencing network outage all the time at night. I am using Charter Communication connected to my Motorola SB6120 cable modem.

Sometimes when I restart the computer, It will back to normal. And I see this yellow mark on the network icon.


It saids "no internet access" But I can still browse the internet without problem.

My OS is windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Is there a bug or hotfix I need to install. Does it related to a driver update?

Try this:

Modems always get clogged with internet running through and stuff it needs a reboot.

Your Modem should have A reset on it somewhere, find it and reset it. This should stop it from doing this.
