    Windows loses DNS server address

Greetings, from time to time I have to re-enter manually my ISP's DNS server address in Windows 7, because it loses it. Is there a way to avoid this?

Don't quote me on this... but I think you need to Flush your DNS on your PC...
I know the Tutorial is on this website. Just search for it. I'm on a droid. Limited to what I can do.

If you are entering the DNS into your IPv4 properties on the Win7 machine it might work better to add the DNS entries into your routers DNS settings and leave the Win7 machine on aquiring the DNS automatically.

It also usually works best to use a DNS that comes from someplace other than your ISP. Many to choose from that will work better.
