DLNA and Samsung TV

The samsung sharing app I used in XP is causes errors on my new Win 7 computer so I decided to use Windows 7 DLNA, but almost all the content on my computer is showing up on the TV. I would like to have just my folder in my libraries called samsung point to all the folder I want to share.

1) Is it possible to just share the TV the library folder Samsung? Or does this only work for sharing with other Windows 7 computers?

2)How do I eliminate all the media on my computer from sharing and only pick a few items/folders?

I figured out where all the media is coming from on my system. Its from my iTunes library. Can I set the iTunes folder to share with nobody and still get sharing from a specific library even if it contains one of the subdirectories in the iTunes folder?
