Windows 7: Realtek NIC Slow uploads! (8111c)

Just want to bump this back to the top.

I recently reinstalled my Windows 7 64bit box and realized once again that my new Gigabit network transfers were limited to 5MBytes/second.

After reinstalling this OLD driver, I can now get in the area of 32-65MBytes/second for large file transfers. Jumbo Frames on 4KB MTU

Cheers,
Tommy

Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou

I have been plagued by the slow upload issue on both wireless and wired LAN it became especially apparent when I switched to ADSL2+

My download speeds had large fluctuations and my download speeds were only 200kps, 1/5 of what they are supposed to be.

I had tried numerous drivers for Windows 7, I NEVER would have thought to try an old Vista driver to solve the problem, but it did the trick.

Thanks again, solved a huge long standing headache for me.
