Media Streaming, computer sees itself?

Hello there

I just have a quick question for you guys.

When i view all media streamng devices on my network from my laptop, and change the view to "All Networks" it seems to see itself, twice, but each entry has a different icon.

Why would my laptop see itself as a device to allow streaming to?
