Can't detect WiFi (Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit Dell OptiPlex 170L)

I just upgraded from XP to Windows 7 Ultimate. My computer is a Dell OptiPlex 170L.

I am using a Netgear WNDA3100 Wireless Card. It's not finding any networks.

The drivers for my specific dell is: Drivers & Downloads .

Please tell me the specific drivers I need to install, and how exactly to install them to make wireless and/or wired work.

Please help me, Tomorrow's monday and this is my only work PC.

    Thank you.

Did you run MS upgrade advisor first? It will tell you if there will be any problems before you attempt the upgrade.

Download details: Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor

I'm not sure your rig is going to be compatiable for windows 7. I also found this link for you.
