Tunnel adapter Local Area Connection

I have 116 Tunnel adapter Local Area Connectors, how can I remove them?

If it was that easy I would have done it, but there are nothing in device manager about Tunnel Adapter.

While in device manager click View and select Show Hidden Devices. Then look under Network Adapters

Ok that was better, but now I have another question. I have 110 Microsoft 6to4 network-adapters and 4 Microsoft ISATAP-networkadapters What do they do og how are they created?

I've seen something similar when a wireless USB adapter is moved to another USB port. Even though its the exact same hardware windows considers it a new device, installs the drivers again and you end up with "Wireless Network Adapter #2". Move it again and you get #3, etc. I have never seen over 100 listed like you have though. There must be something going on that is causing windows to re-detect and install your network card over and over again. Does it work at all? Are seeing any "New hardware detected messages say on boot up?

I see no new hardware detected when booting or when entering windows, all my networks are working. I have LAN, WLAN and WWAN and all are working. I have deleted all network adapters so I only have one off each and now 5 hours later there are already a ekstra microsoft 6to4 networkadapter.

Depending on how many network adapters you have you can end up with what look like duplicate entries. I know on my other PC that has a wired and a wireless network adapter, there are WAN Miniport entires for both. The best I can gleam from Google is that 6to4 adapter entry has something to do with converting from IPV6 to IPV4. I don't have that entry on my PC. Most of the info is old though and deals with Vista not Windows 7. I know a little about networking but I'm no IT pro, so some of this is just over my head. If the entries for network adapters start piling up again post back and hopefully someone with a little more network know how will step to help. I'll keep watching and offer any help I can though.
