Routing thro a particular gateway

We have anyconnect cisco client to connect to the company VPN, when i do this and check whatismyip.com it shows my modem IP and not the company gateway IP.

If the company has multiple gateways , is there any command which can be used to route all the trafic thro a particualar GATEWAY.

any tweaks will really help.
thank you.

If these gateways are behind the VPN device, the VPN also needs to be able to route. You could ten build a routing table manually if you want to be picky.

And You'll probably see YOUR IP address because you need that IP address to connect to the Internet. You cannot traverse the Internet (even connecting via VPN, afaik) without your own IP address.
