what is net bios over tcp/ip perhaps This is why it wont work how do I install it? Also can I choke file transfer protocol with it? What protocol does windows networking use? Simpilest way I can see is to choke the file transfer protocol all I can see in the program is to set the priority of the application, this does nothing and I can do that within my tv tuner streaming program really need to be able to shape lan file transfers then everything else will fall into place.
