HP Pavilion dv3 - LAN device missing from device manager

This problem started between noon and 3:00 PM on Friday 2/18. My Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller device, which allows me to connect to the Internet via Ethernet cable, stopped appearing in the Device Manager window. Furthermore, the only place where my computer can find the device is in MSInfo32.exe

    DHCP Enabled Yes

***NOTE*** The Driver line was NOT FOUND in this entry, indicating that the driver is either missing or the system can no longer find it.

I am able to connect via wireless, though my signal strength with the nearest hotspot is 2 out of 5 bars at its best.

Could you send me a direct download link for the driver installation software that works best for my system? I have an HP Pavilion dv3-1075us machine running Windows 7 Home Premium x64. Processor is AMD Turion x2 64-bit.
