| | Remote Access Hi everyone. I have a friend that has downloaded a rogue anti-virus program and I would like to help her remotely. Our OS are Windows 7. My concern is will the virus latch on to my PC? Any help will be appreciated. deanie44 |

| | It's possible. But, if you know the name of the virus/trojan and you read up on it and take precautions (antivirus/antitrojan software running and up to date) you should be relatively safe. |

| Vista and Windows7, sometimes Ubuntu and Fedora | Possible but unlikely. I would reset her system to an earlier restore point. That is usually the easiest approach. |
