Zone alarm uninstall ate my network

Ok so I am having an issue but before I get to it I want to say thanks ahead if time for trying to help. I did read the "before you post" section and it sounds wonderful but I have no Internet connection and can't upload the screenshot. I did take a pic of it on this iPhone but no idea how to send a pic from iPhone to the thread so I will write out what I see :). Sorry.
    From ipconfig /all
    "hostname: holyshit
    Primary dns suffix:
    Node type: hybrid
    Ip routing enabled: no
    Wins proxy enabled: no
    Tunnel adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-interface:
    Media state: media disconnected
    Connection specific dns suffix:
    Description: Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-interface
    Physical address: 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-e0
    Dhcp enabled: no
    Autoconfiguration enabled: no"

Also can't run the file at this time bc I can't download it at this time

    Ok on to the problem.
I uninstalled zone alarm suite and was going to put new antivirus on comp but upon uninstalling I am unable to connect to the net. *My wireless works so it isn't the line, not the router or modem. Running ipconfig says "media disconnected". Device manager has no problems showing. Under local area connection status ip 4 & 6 show not connected. When running diagnostics says "there might be a problem w the driver for the local area connection adapter". I have already uninstalled and restarted the realtek pci controller. Not sure what else I can do. Help me Obi Wan. You are our only hope :). Any further suggestions?*

Also, I tried multiple restore points trying to go back to previous states and all seemed to give me errors. I tried sacrificing a live chicken but had none and frozen chicken didn't seem to work. I did run the sfc scannow, just to try things, and no errors came up.

Re-install zone alarm will likely fix it. I would try that then the netsh command. Did you remove zone alarm from add/remove programs ? If you re-install zone alarm just disable it. If your anti-spyware and virus software is up to date The built in windows firewall should suffice for most people.

    echo 127.0.0.1 localhost>HOSTS
