Can't Enable Protocols & Clients!


I'm using a USB Dongle to connect to the Internet on my laptop, but I can't enable IPv6, File and Printer Sharing, as well as Microsoft Networks Client in my connection's properties.

Every time I enable them it says that the changes will take place after the next re-connection, but whenever I connect, they are disabled again. Here's a screenshot of the protocols and clients in question:
