Disable X button on Remote Desktop

Hi.

I originally had a hack to mstsc in Win XP that allowed me to disable the X button so users would have to log off their remote desktop sessions and not just close them leaving them active.
We are migrating to Windows 7 and the hack no longer works. Is there a way I can get the XP mstsc.exe to work on Win 7? Or even a way to disable this X button in Windows 7?

Many thanks.
