My laptop cant find internet connection

Im having a problem with my wifi connection. My router works just fine. I even enter facebook using the browser of my phone as well as our desktop computer. But in my laptop it cannot recognize the wifi. I restarted it many times, removes the battery in case and restart our router too. but its still not working i tried troubleshooting still not work.

Please help me. im dying here :C

sounds like a channel issue for ur wireless.

May i ask how does that work?
