Windows 7: crunchyroll and IE8

crunchyroll and IE8
okay so i'm running the windows 7 RC and theres this weird problem with the site crunchyroll when accessed through IE8. bascially moving the mouse cursor around will disrupt the video or moving image causing the picture to freeze up as the mouse is moved.

any idea what might be causing this?
