I'm about to lose it... HomeGroup is killing me.

For the life of me, I absolutely can not get HomeGroup to work. My computer, the one the HG was created on, is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. It has a wired connection through a Netgear WGR614v9. The other PC is wireless, running Home Premium 32-bit.

The wireless machine recognizes that my PC has a HG. It asks me if i want to connect, I do, enter the password, and it says it is incorrect.

-The password has been double, triple, quadruple checked, and then several more times after that.
-Yes, they are on the same network.
    -IPv6 is enabled.
-The times are accurate to the second.
-I've tried making the HG on the wireless computer and connecting mine to it, no dice.
-Both PCs are set to a Home network.
-I've made sure the several services required by HG are running.

I've been at this for an hour today, and I've spent countless hours in the past year to get it to work when I need to share something. It's a problem I've had forever, and Christ almighty I can never find a fix.

If you guys can't help me (and I would not be surprised, this situation is FUBAR), then I guess I'll get to the root of the problem- I want to share a printer between the two PCs. The printer is on my PC, and the other PC can not find it. Don't really know what my options are here.

If you can help me in any way, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

What security software are you running?

Have you tried the Fix It application for Homegroups?

    Why can't I join a homegroup?
No firewalls; I don't have any security software. Working with Fix It now...

Jesus ******* ***** ALMIGHTY IT WORKS.

If I had your address I would send you a cake. A whole cake. Home made. By a Grandma, so you know it's good.

I can't thank you enough for linking me to that.

Glad it worked. Every now and then Microsoft actually has help applications that can fix stuff.

Wow, this is great. I have all of my drives shared, printer sharing works... this is wonderful. Thanks so much.
