Limited Internet Access under high CPU load

I have a problem with my PC thats really irritating me now and any help would be appreciated.

Basically whenever my PC does something which uses a high CPU load like playing games, converting video formats, saving edited videos etc. my wireless internet access changes to Limited Access and doesnt work at all. Its guaranteed to do this everytime about 5mins into gameplay or 5mins into an intensive task without fail. I know its not the dongle as the same happens when I use the other one we have in the house, the dongle itself doesnt turn off (the LED light still flashes) but no matter of troubleshooting, disconnecting & reconnecting makes it reconnect again, also If I simply unplug the dongle and put it back in then it doesnt turn on at all (LED light doesnt come on) which means 9/10 I have to restart the comp to make it work again.

Ive tried changing the CPU fan with a Cool Master from the AMD Stock Fan with new therm paste as I thought it was a temperature issue, going into power options and setting Wireless Adapter Settings to Maximum Performance and turning USB Suspend Setting to disabled but still no luck. Im thinking it maybe a problem with the PSU or CPU but I really dont want to shell out for more parts for it so anything that might help would be appreciated.

All my PC specs are on my profile and feel free to move this thread if its in the wrong section. Thanks!
