Hamachi and Unreal Tournament 2004

Hi, me and my friends want to play in lan server on unreal tournament 2004. I then downloaded Hamachi. How can i set this up so i can make a VLAN? I have Windows 7 but my friends have XP.

Can you explain the steps in both XP and Windows 7?

If you only know Windows 7 steps thats okay.
