One account/user detects network printer, other doesn't

    I have a Vista PC & a Windows 7 laptop, on a home network.

I have shared the printer attached to the Vista PC, but only one of the laptop accounts/users can add this networked printer.
Laptop user A has added the networked printer & printed to it, but user B can't even discover the printer. I have networked & shared everything under the sun.

    Any help?

Kind of need some more info like what printer, homegroup or workgroup, how the printer is hooked to the vista machine (serial, usb, etc)

I noticed that for the laptop user B, they don't have access rights to the Vista PC, but I double checked and I haven't blocked any access
