Internet connection drop (Ethernet)

Hi, I am new to the forum and wasn't sure where to put this so I started a new thread. Sorry if I'm re-posting.

This is not a personal computer. As you can see username is work.
We have two different internet connections because there are 2 companies in the office.

1. I've been having problems staying connected using wireless adapter with the company's connection.

2. So, I wanted to test out using the other company's connection using a wireless adapter and it worked great. No drop.

Called ISP regarding the company's connection and everything is working on their end.

1. No longer using a wireless adapter (long story). Currently using a wired connection with the company's internet connection and it's dropping like flies. Is there some kind of configuration problem? I don't know what to do. I'm not a tech. Please help.

Thank you very much.
