    Browser not working properly

Hi i have a problem with my browser ( Using firefox, but i tried others like IE and Chrome )

So the issue is, that many times most of pages does not open. I have to reload them 10x times or more for them to open. Sometimes, they open normally, sometimes they don't open at all, somtimes it opens halfway i can see only half of the page, or i can see only text and no pictures.
I can open for example: Google.com and it will open fine, but then after 10 minutes when i want to open it again it doesn't work. I don't have a clue what's the problem and it's really annoying.

However other applications that use internet connection like: Skype, IRC and MSN are working fine. I am on Dell studio 1745 laptop and my internet goes through WLAN ( I have tried to switch to LAN, but there is no difference ) I also tried to reinstall my windows 7 x64 ( two times ), Update drivers, change browsers, but nothing helps. I disabled my antivirus ( Avast ) and firewall, still not difference.

My other computer which is desktop with Windows XP and using LAN connection is working fine, also my phone works fine through wi-fi.

I am really out of ideas, what can cause the problem. I searched all through the net.. no answers whatsoever.

Hello Globalomega, welcome to the forum. :)

Just to be on the safe side, download (free version), install, update and run a full scan with Malwarebytes to check that there are no nasties lurking around.

Next try running the file checker - tutorial here:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Please let us know how it goes.

it seems to be a virus attack. Scan with malwarebytes and post the log here. Someone may help you on this.
