Dsl modem win 7 64 stopped getting ethernet

    Dsl modem win 7 64 stopped getting ethernet


    I have windows 7 64 bit
    Asus computer with realtek PCIe GBE family controller
    Tuesday I had internet. Went to load a programand it wanted to
    reboot and do chkdisk. When it booted back up no internet.
    It is a DSL Motorola modem through At&T
    The Ethernet light does not come on. At&T tech support
    said it was the modem and sent a new one but still having
    the same problem. The indicator lights on the back of thecomputer
    are blinking so at least there is power to the card

    Try re-installing the Realtek driver.

    Yes I have been trying to find it for a few hours now. Since I am on a Droid I can't just dl from anywhere.
