Best Router for high traffic?

    I've been checking wikipedia & openwrt infor about WRT54xx's

    WRT54G v2.0 thru v4.0 have 200mhz or 216mhz cpu, 16mb ram & 4mb flash memory

    WRT54GS v1.0 thru v3.0 have 200mhz or 216mhz cpu, 32mb ram & 8mb flash memory

    All of those are supported by OpenWRT & dd-wrt.

    been days with WRT54G v2.0 and OEM 4.21.1 firmware...

Monitor Router Traffic?

How can I Monitor Router Traffic? Not just one computer, but all connected to the router.
I'm using my Windows 7 MC to stream TV, recorded content and video files to my 2 xbox 360's. My plan is to get one more 360 soon, were moving into a brand new house with in wall network wiring. I'm currently using the Linksys wrt54g to send the video out. Occasionally I'll get a Network Issue...
