Sharing to specific PC on a network?

How can I share a folder to a specific pc on a network instead of sharing it to anyone that's inside the same network? I'm on windows 7 64 ultimate and the other pc is using xp 32. Is this possible?

Sure it is possible and relatively easy if it is a home network. Is it?

Use password protected sharing. That way while everybody on the network can see your pc, they'll need to logon (using your pc's username and password) to access the shared drives and folders.
