Sharing Win 7 folders with XP machine

I just got a new Windows 7 machine. It is networked to my older Win XP machines and it's able to access the files on the XP machines, but I'm unable to access the Win 7 files from my XP machines. What am I doing wrong?

I should add that my XP machines can see the Win 7 machine, but can't see the shared files on the Win 7 machine, and when I click on the icon for the Win 7 machine in the network places list, it says I don't have permission to access the Win 7 machine. What do I need to do to fix this?
