Windows 7 Enterprise 32 Bit VPN connection to Windows Server 2003

I have a machine offsite running Windows 7 Enterprise 32 Bit that has a VPN connection to our Windows 2003 server. It connects just fine but there's a problem.

Sporadically Outlook 2010 will say it's no longer connected to Exchange Server. However, when I check the status of the VPN connection it says it's Connected, but it will display "No Network Access". Normally it displays "No Internet Access" because I have unchecked the "Use Default Gateway on Remote..." box. I'm trying to figure out why it's eventually going into a "No Network Access" state.

When I login to the server, the remote client status shows it as being connected.

Please help if possible.

Thanks,

Bob
