Filesharing between Win7 and Linux

Hi.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.For security purposes I installed Bitdefender Total Security 2011 on my windows.
I need to access my files from another workstation whose OS is openSuSE Linux 11.2.Everytime I try to login remotely to my windows 7 , it keeps asking me username and password،so I can't login into it.

I think something is wrong with my file sharing configuration.I'm not a windows pro. Please guide me how I can solve this issue.

Thank you
