Website Redirect Problem , Help Asap

Hi all. I made a free .CO.CC domain and forwarded it to my friend's website. Now when i tried loading the site last night it redirected fine. Now the page come's up " Oops could not connect ".

The website's address is www.TailoredImages.Co.Cc

Any ideas?
