No 32Bit programs can access the internet

    now i have tryed in safemode but it's the same thing

    If it does not work in Safe Mode, it will not work with clean boot.
    Lets go another way
    Upadate and make a full anti virus scan
    Download and upadate, then make a full scan with malwarebytes.

    If you think its the router, but probably is not. Connect directly to modem for test.
    We have to exclude possiblities to arrive at the answer.

    You should have all the updates, but what I meant was update the antivirus and malwarebytes before the scans.

    Go to search
    type device manager
    Make sure that you do not see any yellow markers. If you do update those drivers.
    I think that because you have not kept current with the updates, your drivers are not up to date and may be the cause of your problem.
