No 32Bit programs can access the internet

No 32Bit programs can access the internet,
only 64Bit ones. Internet Explorer 64Bit works and Internet Explorer 32Bit
crashes. Firefox, MSN, and Ventrilo are all 32Bit and no longer work. Windows
update still works as thats 64Bit. OMG please help i have had this problem for over a year

For testing and possible future use, try another browser; Firefox or Chrome would be good choices.

What I mean is lets be sure that IE is not causing the problem. If you are sure that it is not. We can try a clean boot and see what happens. I am just trying to solve the problem by the process of exclusion.
It may not be IE, from your description, but that is easy to test so a good starting point.

If changing browsers does not solve the problem (and may not) try a clean boot. That will tell us a lot
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Internet Access = Can't browse / No Internet Access = Nice Browsing ??
When my computer says Internet Access, I am having trouble browsing. Most pages do not load. Right now, It says no internet access for over 15 minutes and I am able to brose so much better and still going on downloading around 400 kb/s. How can this be? Why would it be? (I am on a wired...

W7 64bit:Ok to install 32bit programs outside the 32bit programfolder?
OS: Win 7 64bit. Is it generally not a problem to choose to install a piece of 32bit software outside the win 7 default program folder for 32bit software? Or is 32bit software only supposed to be running flawlessly, if installed in that default 32bit folder? Thanks.

Prevent programs to access internet (home calls)
Sorry, if this question was answered already, couldn't find it. Maybe somebody could give me a quick hint. I don't really need a firewall (I use a router). I'm looking just for something that alerts me if a program wants to access internet (and send out information) and where I have the...

Many of my programs can't seem to access the internet?
Hi everybody, first post here ;) So naturally it's a problem. Most of my programs work fine (Firefox, IE8, Xfire, Halo, etc.); but a lot of the other ones can't seem to access the internet. Windows Live's setup always seems to give me that problem, plus Windows Update and McCafee (!!). I'm...
