Windows 7: Networking Enhancements Extras?

Is there any Networking add-on features for Windows7/Vista, as found with almost everything else in Windows ? I can't directly say what type of features, just enhancements, modifying etc ?

There are about a million. You need to be more specific.

Ie ipconfig /all.

Like I said there are thousands. Tell us what you need we will find it. You could want something that is hard to find, illegal, or anything else.

What do I google if I'm not looking for anything specific. I've already searched and found nothing that suits my needs, I thought you were going to post a link to some tools, instead you just make a full circle back to my original question. <G>

The link I posted is for one of many lists you can find if you do some basic searching. If you cannot narrow down your requirements any, the best others can do is respond with entirely generic information.
