cannot share folders/libraries

i am not able to share any of by folders or libraries, as there is no option what so ever in either the context menu or the navigation/menu bar

i checked the entry for this in shellx menu of registry and it is there but not visible else where

is it due to some service turned off??

When I right click on Documents under Libraries, I see this:

Name: ShareWith.jpg
Views: 11
Size: 97.3 KB

Can you share other folders?
