Did you try control panel, device manager, network adaptors to see if your wireless connection is enabled?

Are you on a laptop or desktop? If a laptop, make sure that the wireless transmitter is switched on (check your manual on how to do this if unsure or post your make /model no.?

On your desktop press the (WinKey + R) > type in > ncpa.cpl > then ENTER > Right-Click your wireless device and select ENABLE...

If this doesn't work try John's run...

    Welcome to the forums.

It's a Toshiba lap top only twelve months old and I have a Thomson router
if I click on the network internet access at the bottem of the screen and then go to broadband connection and click on "connect" It trys to connect but ends up freezes everything up.
When I had the computer expert around all he had to do fix my Gmail as I could not and still cannot load gmail onto internet explorer and it was a few days after he left that I realized that he had switched off the wireless internet as he wanted to use the internet cable why I don't know

How do you connect to your router..USB or ethernet? If it is a USB connection, you may need to try a different USB socket on your lappy or try de-installing and re-installing the Thomson software. Make sure you do not skip the uninstall stage as there could be some "dregs" left behind!
