New NEO netbook LAN Unidentified Network

hi guys! i just bought my new NEO Basic B3362N model netbook with windows 7 professional and a 32-bit operating system installed on it. it happens that my local area connection had a problem because when i connect the internet cable, i cannot connect to the internet while my wireless lan is just ok..i have another laptop Toshiba with windows vista on it, there's no problem on the connection whenever i connect the cable. i only have an antenna and a cable that is directly connecting to the computer..in toshiba no problem but with the neo, the Local Area Connection says "Unidentified Network"...

i already tried several steps like updating the driver, copying the setting from the other laptop to the new netbook, but nothing happens...

any solution to this problem will be deeply appreciated..thanks...
