Next thing I notice is that you have IPv6 enabled. I've seen this interfere, especially with wireless routers. Try going into your network adapter settings and unchecking the IPv6 checkboxes. Make sure you reboot.
I was connecting from Win8 to Win7. All had been well, but following a Netgear adapter fail I had to buy a new one. Using the new adapter they could no longer see each other. Turning off IPv6 fixed it. Thanks - I lost hours trying to work this out.
