    Help me please!

    Hello
I have Windows 7 home pro.
I have broadband at home works perfect and fast.
Another home I am on a wireless network. It says connected whether strong signal or not, it used to connect or I didn't notice thought it was automatic "internet access"- (worked fine) 3 other laptops both dell, work PERFECT. Suddenly mine has this message, I did not change a thing.

Please help me fellow windows 7 comrads savy folks.

    Thanks.

    Two questions:

    1. You can have either Home Premium or Professional, not both. Which is it?
    2. I really don't understand the issue. It doesn't look like you have one. What is this "message" you speak of?

    Hello,

Do you have 2 diff types of connections? Not too clear...one broadband works perfect and another wireless which you're having an issue connecting?
'I have broadband at home works perfect and fast. Another home I am on a wireless network.'
You may try a System Restore and restore your computer where all were playing nice.

If it's still an issue please provide an ipconfig /all of your computer.
Click on Start => in run or search box type cmd press enter (run as Admin). From the black screen, type the word ipconfig /all and press enter. Right click on the black screen or Command prompt then choose Select All and Paste the results here.

    Please let us know.

    Sorry for the delay.
I realised but can't edit (too late?...anyways. I was hoping I could manage but things got worse no network adapter enabled...than not istalled! But it changed it mind then enabled then 0 tada it was back again!..Hd is full full btw... i am taking care of that, anyways. Sure enough I have connected to network but "no internet access". Troubleshooting does nothing. Yes in 1 house broadb plus wireless. Other just broad where it works perfect. Dont use the broad where the 2 connections exist. I have premium.

Uh...yes I am not as good as u guys, but no security issue to provide all that info....I will soon - no worries, thanks...until soon,
    Em

Alright, thanks for providing the info.

Don't worry, there won't be any security issue for posting the ipconfig /all. Millions of Users have posted the same info and they are all Private IP's.

Also, what is the exact error or message that you're getting from your computer?
