    Wifi usage

I have a problem, when my system is running it hogs the wifi, if not connected I get transfer rates of 5meg onn my phone but that goes down to <100k when win7 ult is running and connected. Is there a widget or prog that can let me know what is accesing the internet. So I can fix. Your help will be greatly recieved. Thanks.

Check to see if you have a file share program running. I know personally a few people that use torrent programs so when there computer starts so do such programs which hogs a lot of speed because it's open and sharing files. I'm sure you already checked this but was just reminding,
